Kalvokoresi 16 Suites | A Boutique Retreat of Quiet Luxury
Located on Kalvokoresi Street in Chios, the project comprises a limited collection of seven boutique suites, conceived as a refined urban retreat. The architectural design focuses on creating a balance between proximity to the city and a sense of retreat, organizing the building as a sequence of intimate living units that prioritize privacy, spatial clarity, and acoustic comfort. Positioned within a quiet residential context yet close to the port, the project redefines hospitality as an experience of stillness and understated luxury.
The interior design follows a minimalist approach, where high-quality materials and precise detailing shape the overall atmosphere. Natural elements such as wood parquet and stone surfaces are combined with contemporary finishes and integrated technology, creating spaces that feel both tactile and seamless. Each suite is designed as a fully functional residence rather than a temporary stay, emphasizing comfort, durability, and a sense of domestic familiarity. The result is an architectural environment defined by silence, material authenticity, and uncompromising quality.
