The architectural approach prioritizes minimalism, comfort, and visual openness, capturing the essence of contemporary penthouse living.
From the moment one enters the main level, the interplay of natural light, clean lines, and high-end materials sets the tone. The lower floor comprises a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Anchoring this space is the marble and wood staircase, a sculptural feature that also serves as a casual seating or reading spot, thanks to the floating marble slabs integrated at its base. This staircase creates a gentle transition to the upper floor while serving as an architectural centerpiece that commands attention.
Throughout the living areas, white Volakas marble is paired with grey finishes and subtle gold accents, resulting in a calming and elegant palette.
