Oinois st. Residential Building
Located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Athens, the Oinois St. Residential Building in Glyfada embodies the principles of modern residential architecture: clean lines, open spaces, natural light, and seamless integration with its surroundings. This newly built property includes three high-end private residences:
- A Ground Floor & 1st Floor duplex with private pool
- A 2nd-floor apartment
- A Penthouse apartment with exclusive rooftop access
Our studio, Danai Dios Architecture, was entrusted with the façade design, full interior design, and construction supervision for all three residences.
Exterior Design | Bold Geometry and Natural Light
From the street view, the building makes an immediate impression through its bold horizontal layering. Deep cantilevered balconies are framed by crisp white slabs that contrast elegantly with dark grey façade panels, creating a balanced architectural rhythm. Vertical louvers add texture, provide privacy, and assist in sun control. The ground-level outdoor area includes a private swimming pool, integrated sunbeds, and shaded lounges, offering a tranquil courtyard-like experience that flows directly into the interior through floor-to-ceiling glass openings. These transparent boundaries dissolve the separation between indoor and outdoor space.
Interior Design | Contemporary Minimalism in Motion
Inside, the design unfolds around a central ethos: light, calm, and timeless comfort. A restrained color palette of whites, beiges, and light greys is complemented by natural wood flooring, fine marble accents, and custom-designed elements that emphasize function without sacrificing elegance. In key areas, double-height ceilings amplify the sense of openness, while discreet architectural lighting accentuates clean lines and spatial clarity. The living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms of each apartment have been individually tailored to reflect contemporary living needs, offering a refined yet approachable design experience.
Penthouse Apartment & Upper Living
The penthouse residence features exclusive access to a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, custom interior finishes, and extended outdoor amenities, designed to serve both as a private retreat and a space for hosting. Every apartment in the Oinois building reflects a careful balance between architectural precision and emotional livability, a hallmark of our studio’s design philosophy.
