Villa KK
This single-storey residence in Diminio, Korinthia is designed as a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces. The architectural composition unfolds around a central swimming pool, creating a tranquil focal point that reflects the clean, horizontal geometry of the building.
The exterior design is defined by minimal lines, natural textures, and a balanced interplay of light and shadow. Warm materials such as stone and wood are combined with contemporary surfaces and subtle lighting to enhance the house’s serene character, especially in the evening.
Inside, the design continues the same refined aesthetic—muted tones, soft fabrics, and sculptural lighting define an atmosphere of understated luxury. The open-plan layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas through transparent partitions, creating a fluid spatial experience that extends toward the outdoor dining and lounging areas.
This residence embodies a calm, contemporary Mediterranean living concept—where architecture, landscape, and interior design merge into one cohesive experience of comfort and elegance.
