The architectural design of this café at Nea Erithraia is defined by a clear spatial concept that balances openness with functional zoning. The layout organizes the space around a central service counter, which acts as both a visual anchor and a point of interaction, while seating areas are arranged to create a smooth flow and a variety of user experiences. Large openings enhance the connection between interior and exterior, allowing natural light to penetrate deeply into the space and reinforcing the café’s presence within the urban context.
The interior design emphasizes a refined material palette that combines raw and natural elements to create a warm yet contemporary atmosphere. Materials such as wood, exposed concrete, and metal are carefully composed to highlight texture and contrast, while neutral tones support a cohesive visual identity. Lighting plays a key role in enhancing these materials, adding depth and intimacy to the space, and ultimately shaping an environment that feels both inviting and architecturally distinctive.
